2015 saw Adam move up into the Junior Rotax class, joining new team Aim Motorsport for the British Junior Rotax Championship.
A bright start to the season saw Adam competing right at the sharp end. However his seaosn was derailed by a series of mechanical failures, ruining his championship in the process.
Smalley raced at the Shenington Superprix, to compete for the inaugural English Plate Championships - held for the first time in Junior Rotax.
Smalley duly won the race, becoming the first English Champion in the process to add a highlight to a very trying campaign.
Smalley saw out the remainder of the British Championship, picking up another podium - albeit his championship chances were derailed by the early season misfortune.
The decision was made to move into the Rotax Euro Challenge for 2016 season - The European Junior Rotax Championship.
