By being one of the most hotly contested support series to the British Touring Car Championship, alongside live coverage on ITV, the equalized car and single-make championship is designed to uphold Ginetta’s ethos of providing safe, controlled racing, whilst focusing on driver potential rather than racing budget.

Each weekend racing features plenty of track time. There is a 2 x 45 minute practise sessions, followed by a 20 minute qualifying session with three 20 minutes races at each round of the championship.
The championship visits 8 different British Racing Circuits, in a 23-race calendar that visits some of the iconic circuits such as Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Donington and more.
They are the reigning Ginetta Junior Driver's Champions with Tom Gamble and the Ginetta Junior Winter Series Driver's Champions with Adam Smalley.
Elite Motorsport was established by Eddie Ives at the end of 2011 with the aim of designing, developing and manufacturing our purpose built race cars from their workshop base in Norfolk.
2017 was the team's most successful season yet, as they took the Ginetta Junior Championship title with Tom Gamble - with a race to spare, before doubling up on Ginetta Junior Championship titles when Adam Smalley won the end of season Ginetta Junior Winter Series Championship at Brands Hatch.
2018 saw them win the Driver's and Team's Champions in the Ginetta Junior Championship - with Smalley leading the way to the title.
This season will see them enter Smalley and Pearce into the GT5 Challenge for the first time.
